They are seeking an experienced and committed Business Administrator to manage all areas of office administration, including some business development and HR duties.
This is an important role, and you will be part of a growing, successful team focused on elevating the business to the next level.

Salary & Hours:
* £30K to 40K, pro-rata, depending on hours and experience
* A range of hours considered, from 2 to 5 days per week
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage all office business functions and administration
* Sales and purchases administration
* Accounts administration
* Marketing administration
* ISO accreditation management
* Organising staff with jobs and wages
* Website updates
* Business development
* Regular posting on LinkedIn
* Preparing case studies
* Monitoring staff performance
Results Expected:
* Ensure all admin functions are up-to-date daily and weekly
* Solve problems as they arise
* Prioritise workload based on urgency
Standards to Meet:
* All functions are current daily and weekly
* All enquiries responded to daily
* Monthly accounts produced
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Up-to-date with modern IT tools
* Ability to work independently and on own initiative
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience Needed:
* At least 5 years of administration experience
* At least 2 years of office management experience
* Experience in construction, energy, or engineering consultancy is desirable but not essential
