Branch Manager/Lister - Marshalswick
Salary: Basic £30,000 - OTE £70,000, pool car or car allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Marshalswick branch, driving performance and delivering high standards of service.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships; win new business and expand the client base.
* Proactively manage valuations with a deep understanding of the property market.
* Collaborate with a team to meet and exceed targets and KPIs; motivate and develop staff.
* Utilise local knowledge of the surrounding area to benefit the business.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in residential sales.
* Excellent management skills; listing and instruction experience; a proven track record of success.
* Ability to build strong business relationships.
* Focused to lead and motivate a team and to win new business.
* Proactive with a keen eye for detail; strong written and verbal communication.
* Working knowledge of the surrounding area is preferred.

* Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Able to engage and work well within a successful team.
