Support Worker - Floating Role
Location: Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole - Hourly Rate: £14.11 - Contract Type: Fulltime Guaranteed Hours
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
This is a Permanent Floating (Peripatetic) Support Worker role, offering an increased rate based in Bournemouth. Contracted hours for full time are 37.5 hours per week. This is a fulltime position.

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and experienced support workers to join our floating team at Dimensions. If you have a passion for helping others and improving lives, this may be the perfect role for you!
As a Floating Support Worker, you will work across a variety of Dimensions locations, backing up core staff teams with the same high level of training and expertise needed to provide engaging support.
We have the ambition to help people to get the most out of life, including the people we support and our staff. We provide comprehensive training as well as support and mentoring to help you progress and get the most out of this varied and engaging role.
Hours are guaranteed and shifts are booked 4 weeks in advance to give you the best work/life balance.
DUE TO THE LARGE AREA THAT WE COVER, A FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE AND ACCESS TO A VEHICLE ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
