* Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, at an intermediate level for producing documents, spreadsheets, and organization charts.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

* Attend and contribute to HR planning and review meetings.
* Follow directions from the Senior HR Manager on projects and priorities to ensure timely delivery within resources.
* Manage, monitor, and review HR processes, recommending improvements.
* Meet regularly with Engagement Partners and People Operations Partners to provide HR updates.
* Prepare and present HR reports to the Head of HR Operations and relevant management information.
* Stay informed about employment legislation, advising on policy implications and implementation.
* Keep abreast of HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
* Support firm-wide communication of HR policies and updates.
* Provide consistent advice and support to ensure policy adherence.
* Consult with staff as necessary.
This list is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned as needed.
