- to support major projects in the Power/ Energy and Renewables sector as well as Nuclear projects in Scotland and across the UK This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career while working on high-profile energy projects, including renewables, high voltage transmission as well as Nuclear sector projects Whether you're an experienced professional or looking to step into a leadership role, you'll contribute to shaping the future of the energy industry while enjoying a supportive, flexible working environment The Role: Lead commissions and oversee cost management delivery Manage contract change processes and ensure compliance with governance and best practices Provide commercial guidance to clients and stakeholders Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting accuracy Support the professional development of junior team members Qualifications/ Requirements: You could be working as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager for either a Construction Consultancy, Contractor or working Client side
- Must have strong understanding/ working experience of NEC3/4 contracts focussing on Infrastructure projects (could be Utilities, Highways, Aviation, Power/ Energy/ Renewables, Nuclear or similar sector Education: Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline Professional Memberships: Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or working towards similar (desirable)
