Experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join a high-performing people team. In this role you will shape and embed a consistent and effective learning and development framework across the organisation and will have a key role to play in talent development and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Embedding competency frameworks into all stages of the employee lifecycle
* Identifying learning needs at organisational, team, and individual levels
* Evaluating the effectiveness of training and ensuring measurable performance improvements
* Coordinating and enhancing the employee review processes
* Analysing people data to drive evidence-based decisions
* Producing reports and insights to support workforce planning and talent development
* Supporting the design and delivery of HR-related training
* Managing the training calendar and learning records
* Helping to foster a coaching culture across the business
* Supporting the development of structured career and development pathways
* Assisting in talent identification and succession planning
* Coordinating programmes for apprentices, trainees, and graduates
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a breadth of experience across learning & development, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to analyse data. Strong attention to detail and being well organised are also essentials for this role.
