English Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
The English Tutor will be responsible for providing English language instruction to students. Duties include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and creating a supportive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in English Language or related field - Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CELTA) - Experience in teaching English as a second language
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English Language or related field
Experience:
Previous experience in teaching English as a second language
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong command of the English language - Knowledge of language teaching methodologies - Ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in English Language or related field - Experience teaching English to adult learners
Working Conditions:
The English Tutor will work in a classroom setting or online, depending on the teaching format. Part-Time hours are expected, with flexibility in scheduling.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
