Success in this role is measured through personal and productivity goals, as well as your ability to provide an excellent in-store experience to every customer.
Qualifications
* 0-3 years of retail experience
* Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience
* Motivated by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
* Ability to initiate and complete tasks independently
* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
* Achieve sales, customer experience, and operational goals
* Maintain personal and productivity targets
* Engage customers by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs
* Learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs
* Stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
