Our team focuses on Commercial and New Payment flows – payments made and received by small business & large corporations, and money movement transactions (e.g., P2P) via our Mastercard Move capabilities. Responsibilities
* Support business leaders within CNPF to design, evaluate and advance their strategies, with a strong focus on in-market delivery and implementation.
* Contribute to the CNPF’s overall strategy through thought leadership and creativity.
* Build strong, cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders across Mastercard (e.g., Core Payments, Services, regional leadership and other function groups) to drive execution.
* Identify, structure, and prioritize cross-functional initiatives (e.g., secular shift opportunities, market-level execution plans, key product priorities) to generate actionable recommendations.
* Apply strategic and analytical rigor to product and regional strategies, acting as a thought partner.
* Maintain knowledge of the commercial and money movement landscape and market trends to develop innovative solutions and product strategies.
* Share learnings and insights with global product teams, regional product teams, and other key stakeholders, where relevant.
* Lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive outputs and deliverables.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in strategy consulting or developing go-to-market strategies for payments.
* Extensive experience translating strategies to execution plans and driving end-to-end execution in a cross-functional environment.
* Strong understanding of Mastercard's products, services, and key revenue drivers, as well as the larger payments industry.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
* Analytical and solutions-oriented with the ability to drive thought leadership in commercial payments and money movement.
