What youll be doing as Customer Service Representative:
Youll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and solution focused. You will:
Process orders, returns, complaints and credits
Maintain accurate customer account information
Resolve product or service queries, investigating and providing the best solutions within agreed SLAs
Manage inbound calls and emails effectively
Build strong relationships through proactive communication
Support Key Account Managers in achieving team sales targets

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
