Teaching Personnel are supporting schools in Stoke and Staffordshire looking for graduates to join their team as Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors or Cover Supervisors. These roles provide excellent school-based experience before applying for PGCEs, SCITTs or other teacher training routes.
These roles are perfect for graduates in:
Education
Psychology

Sport Science
You’ll gain experience in:
Supporting SEN and SEMH pupils 1:1 or in small groups
Understanding school systems, safeguarding, and classroom management
Working across different age groups and school settings
Building confidence and transferable professional skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
