Your new role We are looking to appoint a determined and dynamic individual, committed to driving up standards in the school. To be successful in this role you will Lead the management and maintenance of school data systems, ensuring accurate and timely collection, analysis, and reporting. Oversee the recording and tracking of key student metrics, including assessment results, attendance, behaviour, and academic progress. Ensure data systems are robust, user-friendly, and provide meaningful insights to support teaching and learning. Coordinate and manage the smooth delivery of Key Stage 3 examinations and mock assessments. Work closely with teaching and leadership teams to ensure data informs strategic decisions and supports student outcomes.
