About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our team in Leeds. You will work in a well-equipped workshop with onsite brake tester, overhead crane latest diagnostic equipment, main dealer tools and on site maned parts department to carry out the job safely and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
Carry out 6 weekly inspections, MOT preparations and repairs
Perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
Accurately complete all maintenance records and paperwork
Work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
Maintain a clean and tidy workshop
Report faults and defects to the Workshop Foreman or Supervisor Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a HGV workshop
Full UK driving license
Category B or CE license is not essential but desirable
Own tools requiredBenefits
