Are you a skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in delivering successful projects within the highways sector? An exciting opportunity awaits you in Norwich to play a pivotal role in a highly anticipated National Highways scheme.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all quantity surveying activities for the National Highways scheme in Norwich.
* Manage project finances, including cost forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis.
* Conduct regular site visits and liaise with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
* Mentor and support junior members of the surveying team.
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, etc.) preferred.
* Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor on large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, etc.).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
