What You’ll Be Doing:


* Drive Supply Chain Excellence: As Head of Category (Supply Chain), you will set, challenge, and achieve ambitious availability targets across all channels.
* Strategic Stock Management: Optimise stockholding, ensuring efficiency in both depot and stores while maximising cash and minimising waste.
* Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and strengthen key relationships internally and externally to enhance performance.
* Operational Efficiency: Lead major space and seasonal changes, improving stock flow and supplier management.
* Team Leadership & Development: Identify, nurture, and develop talent while driving a high-performance culture.
* Budget & Performance Management: Ensure compliance with budgets, particularly for stock, waste, and 3PL performance.
