The Role
Full Job Description: Permanent, 35 hours. Scope's Sheffield shop – Division House, Division Street, Sheffield, S1 1HT.
As Shop Manager of Scope's Sheffield shop, you will have autonomy to run your shop using your creativity and flair, and flourish in our retail environment. The role is full of variety, with each day presenting a new challenge – from generating and processing stock and designing window displays, to recruiting and training volunteers. You will need retail experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
About You
You are passionate about retail, love fashion, and have experience running a shop, or you are seeking a management role as the next step in your career.

Our shops are the face of our retail brand, run by a dedicated, creative and passionate team. We focus on sustainable fashion, engage local communities, and lead volunteers to deliver a great customer experience, raising funds to support an Equal Future for disabled people and their families.
Shop Hours
Scope Charity Shops are open every day, so weekend and Bank Holiday cover is required. Full‑time hours are 35 per week, working five days out of seven. Part‑time hours follow a seven‑day rota.
