Location: Aztec West Business Park Bristol, Hinkley Point C, Nr Bridgwater, Somerset & other project offices.
Arrangement: 40 Hours per week/8 Hour days. Permanent/Contract available.
Work arrangement: HPC Offices, with limited working from home available. Candidate is required to be flexible as these arrangements could change.

The Engineering Transformation Implementation role will be a key member of the Process Simplification Workstream within the HPC Transformation Programme, responsible for the delivery of workstream activities.
Operating Environment
The Process Simplification Workstream sits in the HPC Transformation Programme. The Project is now moving from Civil Works construction activities into the M&E installation phase and hence a review on our arrangements is timely to ensure adequate and efficient Delivery methods.
Framework & Boundaries
The Engineering Transformation Implementation role will be part of the Process Simplification team, under the management of the Process Simplification Manager. The Engineering Transformation Implementation role reports directly to the Process Simplification Manager.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Supports the Process Simplification Manager in development & roll out of simplified arrangements
2. Responsible on a day-to-day basis for their allocated arrangement reviews & interface management with other work streams and processes
3. Delivering workshops on Process Simplification to the agreed HPC methodology and following through on all activities until procedures are published in the IMS.
4. Resolving minor queries raised by process owners & support the wider Process Simplification team with management of external queries when required
Support expected as follow:
5. Process Simplification Manager in Assurance review and revision related activities
6. HPC in understanding requirements related to external regulations (Site Licence Conditions), Standards (e.g. ISO 9001) & Project Requirements (e.g. GQAS).
7. Development & monitoring of continual improvement activities as part of work stream activities
8. Activities related to issue resolution and optimisation
9. Organise & support Process Simplification related meetings/workshops & produce summary slides, minutes of meetings.
10. Support the Process Simplification Manager in any wider required activities to deliver team objectives
11. Support development, documentation and review of the Simplification Workstream’s effectiveness through evidencable means.

Essential
21. Working knowledge of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard’s requirements
22. Knowledge of how a Quality/Integrated Management Systems works

24. Strong IT Skills, especially on Microsoft Office suite of applications
Desirable
25. Certified to ISO 9001 Internal Auditor level
26. Knowledge of Nuclear Site Licence Condition requirements
27. Knowledge/experience in a related nuclear/engineering /construction /Regulated delivery environment
28. Knowledge of PLM tools
29. Ability to produce KPI graphs from raw data
30. Ability to interpret graphs to substantiate & communicate status of improvement
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
31. Relevant degree qualification or demonstrable relevant experience.
32. Experience working in a nuclear, engineering or design office environment
