We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Design and Technology Teachers to work within secondary schools across Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers, ECTs, and DT specialists looking to make a positive impact in the classroom.
As a Design and Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that develop creativity, technical skills and a love of design.
Teaching Design and Technology across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive
Encouraging students to develop practical, creative and problem-solving skills
Supporting students to achieve their full potential through hands-on learning experiences
Contributing to extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities where appropriate
Upholding safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times
✅ UK QTS or be currently completing teacher training
✅ Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Design and Technology
✅ Excellent communication and classroom management skills
✅ A professional, proactive and flexible approach
✅ A genuine passion for education and supporting student success
