A Luxury service in the Rutherglen area currently requires an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Details of this Senior Care Assistant vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
* Permanent contract working full time 43.75 hours per week on day shifts working a rolling rota
* Shift pattern: 8am to 9pm – working alternate weekends
* Fixed rolling rota: working 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the following week
* Competitive hourly pay rates of £15.50 per hour, which is equivalent to £35,262.50 per annum

As Senior Care Assistant, you will ensure the highest quality, person-centred care is delivered to our residents whilst maintaining their dignity and respecting their right to choose and independence.
What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:
* N/SVQ Level 3 qualified
* Administration of medication is part of the role
* Previous experience working in a care home setting is essential
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
* Enthusiastic and motivated
