Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Credit Control Manager to lead their credit control function. Based full-time at their head office, this role is pivotal in maximising cash collection, minimising overdue debt, and supporting a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will manage and develop the credit control team, oversee day-to-day operations, and act as the main escalation point for both the team and colleagues across the business. They will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with policies and KPIs, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
To be considered, you must be an established & experienced Credit Manager with an eye for detail.
