Overview
This research delivery position is based in Cornwall as part of the South West Peninsula NIHR Research Delivery Network. The role supports National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Portfolio studies across a variety of settings including GP practices, hospitals, care homes, schools and other community venues. It requires travel across multiple sites, so access to a car and a full driving licence are essential.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Agile Research Delivery Team, you will assist with the setup and delivery of research studies across multiple organisations. Working under the supervision of the Senior Agile Research Delivery Team lead, you will support flexible, autonomous study work within a multidisciplinary team. The position blends office‑based and remote duties.
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, full time, Monday‑Friday.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Healthcare background as a Nurse, Midwife, or Allied Health Professional.
* Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent AHP registration is welcomed.
* No prior research experience required; full training, supervision, and professional development will be provided.
* Access to a car and a full driving licence.
