We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Care Rota Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently organizing and planning care work rotas for a diverse team of part-time and full-time care workers. As the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service while collaborating closely with colleagues and care assistants. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and administration systems. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses. Coordinate care rotas to ensure adequate coverage, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Maintain accurate data on call monitoring systems and provide out-of-hours support as per the on-call rota. Assist with administrative tasks to support supervisors and branch management, including the production of management information. Work with the management team to optimize staff rotas and service user calls, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and quality of service. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee and service user experiences. Additional Duties: Perform any reasonable duties to ensure departmental efficiency. Adhere to organizational policies, particularly those related to Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety. Qualifications: Educated to GCSE/O Level standard, including Mathematics and English (Essential). Experience and Skills: Previous experience in an office environment, including proficiency within care planning Systems and general office administration procedures. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proven track record of analysing and improving processes.
