As a Branch Manager based in Inverurie you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading, developing and motivating our great team of 6 in branch
* Focusing on sales and growth, with full responsibility of the branches P&L
* Providing excellent customer service, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures, health & safety and leadership/people management
And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Branch Manager:
* Previous management experience
* Industry experience preferred – Trade/merchant background
* Strong focus on sales growth and developing the team
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
