Inteldis is a neuro-inclusive EdTech platform using AI to deliver personalised English-learning experiences for neurodivergent and mainstream learners. We partner with schools, corporations, and government organisations globally.
We are expanding into international markets and are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who has strong commercial skills, experience with neurodivergent audiences, and the ability to lead negotiations in the UAE.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
* Lead B2B and institutional sales across the UK, UAE, and global markets.
* Conduct contract negotiations in the UAE with ministries, schools, partners, and distributors.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from outreach to contract signing.
* Develop new markets, partnership channels, and regional growth opportunities.
* Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, tenders, and sales documentation.
Client & Partner Relationship Management
* Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Manage and support existing partners to ensure successful implementation.
* Coordinate with academic, tech, and operational teams for partner onboarding.
Strategy & Market Insights
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and partner mapping in UAE/GCC.
* Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and international expansion plans.
* Support the CEO with strategic materials and partner-facing documentation.
Neuro-Inclusive Communication
* Required: experience working with neurodivergent learners or neurodivergent audiences.
* Ensure communication, onboarding, and support follow neuro-inclusive best practices.
Requirements
* Experience working with neurodivergent individuals is REQUIRED.
* 3+ years of Sales and Business Development experience (B2B or institutional).
* Proven experience in negotiating commercial contracts.
* Ability and willingness to travel regularly to the UAE.
* Fluent English and Russian (both required).
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-driven, organised, and able to operate independently within a fast-paced startup.
* Experience in MENA/GCC markets.
* Background in EdTech, AI products, consulting, or language-learning solutions.
* Experience with government tenders or public-sector contracts.
* Understanding of white-label integrations or LMS platforms.
