A Lead Interior Designer job is now available joining an established practice with a varied pipeline of projects, from hospitality to healthcare, residential to education - and everything in between. This role offers up to £50,000 and flexible working.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Established over 45 years ago, this architectural and interior design practice deliver projects across a variety of disciplines and scales. The successful candidate will take ownership of the practice's Interior Design projects, liaising directly with clients, architects and contractors.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead Interior Design projects across all stages
Support and mentor junior designers to encourage development
Liaise directly with clients, contractors, suppliers and architects
Oversee and create technical designs using Revit
Attend site visits across the Northeast.
Required Skills & Experience
Degree qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Minimum 4 years' experience leading projects through all stages
Experience working on commercial projects, varied sector knowledge beneficial
Revit skills (working knowledge is essential)
Experience developing relationships with clients and suppliers
UK drivers license and own car
On site experience.
