Gtd healthcare Care Co-ordinator Roles
gtd healthcare is one of the largest NHS-commissioned Primary and Urgent care providers in North West England. We have excellent part-time and flexible working opportunities for Care Co-ordinator roles to support patient services across Greater Manchester. Our services operate 24/7, providing vital patient care from locations including Ashton Primary Care Centre, Manchester Royal Infirmary, North Manchester General Hospital, Wythenshawe Hospital, and Denton Clinical Hub.
We are recruiting for flexible, part-time roles, up to 30 hours per week, across midweek evening and overnight shifts, as well as weekend daytime, evening, and overnight shifts. Care Co-ordinators serve as the first point of contact for healthcare professionals, patients, and relatives, ensuring smooth service operation and directing patients to the appropriate healthcare services or pathways.
Optional Driving Role
Within the Care Co-ordinator service, Driving Care Co-ordinators support clinical teams with home visits, bringing healthcare professionals to the patient when required. Driving shifts are available as part of the role. Drivers must hold a full UK license, be over 25 years old, and have no more than 3 license points to operate our vehicle.
