Customer Team Member
Location: 33 Dollar Road, Burntisland, KY3 0HN. Pay: £12.60 per hour. Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening) and weekends. Regular training is fully paid. Candidates can apply using mobile device, no CV needed.

What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
