Renewals Sales Representative - Cambridge

Redgate creates simple software to help data professionals get the most value out of any database. Our solutions solve complex database management challenges across the DevOps lifecycle, making life easier for IT leaders, development, and operations teams by increasing efficiency, reducing errors, and protecting business‑critical data.

We are looking for a Renewal Sales Representative to join our Sales team, working with our EMEA small business customers. You’ll support the team to maintain our strategic renewals and identify further growth opportunities within those accounts.


Responsibilities

* Use your sales talents to build strong relationships with existing customers whose software licenses are due for renewal.
* Identify any risks to the renewal early and work with the customer to mitigate these, ensuring we do all we can to keep their account.
* Continuously develop an in‑depth, up‑to‑date knowledge of Redgate’s solutions and the surrounding technology space.
* Identify opportunities where customers could benefit from additional Redgate solutions.
* Contribute to quarterly company targets by consistently achieving individual sales goals.


Qualifications

* Passionate about IT and technology, demonstrated through hobbies, career, or study.
* Interest in a career in technology sales.
* Results‑driven and comfortable working toward monthly/quarterly targets.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail, capable of managing workload and organising tasks in a busy role.


Desired Experience

* Previous experience working in a sales environment.


Package

* Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.
