What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities may include supporting, safeguarding, and promoting the wellbeing of children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, managing complex behaviours, crisis intervention, educational support, personal care, and fostering independence.
What We’re Looking For
* You must be over 21 and have the right to work in the UK.
* At least 12 months post-qualification experience in a children’s or young adult setting.
* Knowledge of EBD, SEMH, CSE, or SEN/SEND.
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (desirable).
* Good English communication skills.
* Clear enhanced DBS (application upon registration).
