Join us as a Portfolio Implementation Specialist and play a key role in turning investment strategies into reality. You'll ensure portfolios are expertly rebalanced, work across leading custody platforms, and collaborate with brokers and fund managers to deliver seamless, compliant outcomes.

What you'll do
* Portfolio Rebalancing: Implement rebalances for client portfolios and model portfolios on third-party platforms
* Transaction Oversight: Place trade instructions, monitor settlement, and ensure compliance with Best Execution guidelines
* Operational Support: Manage reporting for fund accounting, liquidity monitoring, and regulatory requirements (DTR, CSDR)
* Reporting: Produce internal reports and contribute to factsheet preparation
What we're looking for
* L4 qualification is a must ( e.g. Investment Advice Diploma, Investment Management Certificate)
* Strong understanding of investment operations and portfolio management processes
* Experience with custody platforms and back-office systems
* Attention to detail and ability to work within regulatory frameworks
* Analytical skills for performance calculations and reporting
