Role Overview We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to work with a young person in Weymouth. This role involves providing consistent, low-pressure support both at home and in the community, helping to build independence and confidence over time. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a trusting relationship, supporting emotional wellbeing, and encouraging engagement in daily activities, including outdoor interests and animal care.
