We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated IT Service Delivery Manager to join our dedicated and fast-paced IT and Digital Team. This is an on-site role based across our Burslem and Cauldon campuses, requiring a consistent presence to support hands-on service delivery and team collaboration.In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of IT and Reprographics services across the College. You'll lead on service desk performance, manage external provision of services/software, and play a central part in ensuring smooth, reliable IT operations.
