We are working with a very well known, successful and popular retail brand as they look for a brand-new Head of Digital to lead their in-house team. This role will be based on-site in Warrington so you must be commutable to that location five days a week. There loads of parking and easily commutable with great transport links. They're looking for a Senior Digital Leader to connect eCommerce, CRM, and performance marketing into one growth-focused strategy that improves acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer value. The ideal candidate has strong DTC fashion/lifestyle experience, deep Shopify and paid media expertise, and a commercial, data-driven approach to scaling premium brands. A real strong all-rounder when it comes to Digital, CRM and Ecommerce. The more skills you can bring to the brand the better; whilst maintaining the premium brand positioning. Key Responsibilities: CRM * Own CRM strategy across all markets. * Build personalised journeys and automated campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and LTV. * Analyse performance and optimise against key KPIs (retention, repeat purchase, LTV, engagement). eCommerce * Own the end-to-end customer journey across web and app. * Drive trading performance (conversion, AOV, revenue, LTV). * Identify and deliver improvements across UX, CRO, merchandising, and app experience. * Optimise checkout, payments, and trust signals. * Define and deliver the eCommerce roadmap with internal teams and partners. * Ensure all digital touchpoints align with brand standards. Performance Marketing * Lead paid media strategy to drive efficient growth and ROAS. * Align acquisition with trading priorities and lifecycle strategy. * Identify growth opportunities using data and insights. * Establish clear reporting, KPIs, and governance across teams and agencies. Experience: Senior leadership experience in high-growth DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brands. * Strong expertise across eCommerce, CRO, trading, and paid media. * Proven experience scaling Shopify ecosystems and international markets. * Deep knowledge of Meta, Google, YouTube, analytics, and automation tools. * Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.If you have what it takes and your keen to land your next big role, please make sure to apply today!
