We are currently seeking customer focussed Food Beverage team members with a positive attitude to join our Front of House Restaurant Team. Full training will be provided.
Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
* Ensure that you have a full product knowledge of all menu items and their service.
* Maintain a high standard of service within the restaurant at all times.
* Promote sales and achieve maximum sales potential for both food and beverages
* Clear and lay tables throughout and after service
* Ensure that service areas are clean and tidy at all times.
* Carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the hotel operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction.
OTHER
* Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
* Complies with Dalmahoy policies and procedures.
