They are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to support their UK and ROI payroll operations. As Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you'll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain the high standards expected within a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of UK and ROI payrolls
Ensuring compliance with UK and Irish payroll legislation
Managing starters, leavers, amendments, and statutory payments
Handling queries from employees and internal stakeholders
Supporting month-end and year-end processes
Working collaboratively with HR, Finance, and external providers
Contributing to process improvements and payroll efficiencies
About You:
Proven experience in UK payroll processing (ROI exposure highly desirable)
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
Team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Experience within a large or multi-site organisation is advantageous
