Horsell C of E Junior School is a three-form entry school in the heart of Horsell village, Woking. Rated ‘good’ in its last Ofsted inspection, the school is ambitious for its children and proud of its role in the local community. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic professional to provide effective personnel, administrative and facilities management of our school.
The School Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the Headteacher and ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the non-teaching functions of the school. The role focuses on the efficient coordination of administration, human resources processes, facilities, site operations, health and safety, and compliance—ensuring the school remains a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment for pupils, staff, and families.
Horsell C of E Junior School is in the process of joining the Learning Partners Church Academy Trust. The successful applicant will join a wider team of business professionals, working collaboratively to ensure the effective management of the trust’s schools and administrative processes.
This appointment will be for 36 hours a week, 40 weeks a year. (39 term time + 1 week)

• Strong organisational and ICT skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise workload
• Superb interpersonal skills and an ability to lead and motivate a team of staff
