We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading independent hospitality business to recruit a General Manager for one of their stunning boutique hotels in Hertfordshire.

The role
Reporting directly to the Group Operations Director, the General Manager will take full responsibility for the smooth, efficient, and thoughtful day-to-day running of the hotel.
You’ll oversee all aspects of operations including:
* Guest experience – ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and personal stay
* Rooms & Food and Beverage – lead all operational teams to deliver exceptional quality and service
* Events – support the delivery of weddings, celebrations, and corporate events
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in an operational environment. You’ll lead by example, be visible across the business, and create a culture built on pride, care, and collaboration.
