What you’ll be doing
* Handling incoming calls and providing first-class support to customers
* Offering accurate and helpful information about the company’s products and services
* Identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products or services
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the best possible solutions
* Accurately updating customer records and maintaining database integrity
* Ensuring professionalism and excellent phone etiquette at all times
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A confident and professional phone manner
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
* A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
