Job OverviewEast Park Primary School is looking to appoint a caring and dedicated Achievement Support Assistant to work with a child with an Educational Health Care Plan. Contract and Salary Details Hours: 31 hours per week, term-time only (190 days), fixed-term until 31 August 2026 Grade: 4, Scp 5-7, £18,020 - £18,597 per annum (actual salary) Job Requirements The successful candidate will: Provide effective support to maximise attainment following targets set out in support plans/EHCP's. Set challenging and demanding expectations and promote self-esteem and independence. Have a knowledge of children with SEND and or emotional/behavioural needs. Support the pupil with their mobility needs. Undertake structured and agreed learning activities/teaching programmes, adjusting activities where appropriate.
