We're Hiring: Customer Success & Retention Partner | Scotland & North East England | OTE £60K

As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you’ll help shape how we retain and grow customer relationships across Scotland and North East England. Please note: this is a field-based role and may require up to two overnight stays per week.

What you’ll do:
* Own and revive high-risk customer accounts
* Uncover insights that help us serve better
* Collaborate across teams to drive smarter decisions
* Deliver value, not just solutions
* Spot opportunities to grow accounts, not just save them
* Be a trusted face of Safetykleen on the ground.
The package:
* £35,000 - £40,0000 - OTE approx. £60,000 per annum.
