Make Things Work. Make Things Better. Make a Difference.
Are you someone who thrives on complexity, builds trust through clarity and finds joy in making things work better? This is your opportunity to be at the heart of international education, where your expertise directly supports our clients around the world. If you're curious, collaborative and driven by purpose, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact—every single day.
We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
About The Role
As part of a team in operations, you'll manage a portfolio of clients, providing consultancy and client management that ensures the successful delivery of examination activities and accreditation processes. You'll be the linchpin in ensuring often bespoke, sometimes complex, operational solutions are designed, implemented and delivered to exacting standards and tight deadlines:
* Daily collaboration with other Operations Client Leads to ensure workloads and activities are prioritised and actioned
* Oversight and management of client requests to ensure clear, engaging and timely communication and action on all matters
* Using an innovative and proactive mindset to create value for clients through collaboration with internal stakeholders
About You
Your role will span everything from planning and conducting accreditation quality assurance activities to leading client meetings and supporting change initiatives. You'll be expected to understand and oversee end-to-end operational processes, offer guidance that improves efficiency, and reduce risk through smart, economical solutions. With occasional overseas travel for key events and a growing portfolio of contracts, this is a role that will evolve with the business—and with you.
* Proactive and positive attitude, comfortable with ambiguity, but direct in resolving things
* Stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to engage with big picture strategy and execute detailed process activities
Not sure if your background fits perfectly?
Don't let that stop you. While our work may sound specialised, what truly matters is your ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and solve problems with confidence. We're looking for people who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute —whether you come from operations, project management, customer services or another sector entirely. If the role excites you, we encourage you to apply. We'll support you to grow into the detail—what you bring is the mindset.
