Job Role: SEND Support Worker

The role involves joining a welcoming and friendly SEND team as a 1-1 support for identified students. Responsibilities include monitoring student progress, advising, supporting, and working closely with parents/carers, teaching staff, external professionals, and completing all annual reviews. You will assist the SENDCo in producing and reviewing pupil profiles and maintaining regularly updated intervention records.
This role is highly rewarding and involves acting as a role model to motivate students to achieve their goals.

All pay rates quoted are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future.
