Job Description:
We are working with our client, an established asset management firm with a strong 15+ year track record and a team of 200+ globally, to hire for their operations team.
This role involves joining an experienced team of around 10 members across operations and finance, with opportunities to be involved in the full trade lifecycle from post-execution through to settlement. There will also be opportunities to participate in automation and streamlining projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of operations experience, preferably from another buy-side firm, though candidates from the sell-side will also be considered. Experience with convertible bonds and various derivatives is desirable.
The base salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, with additional bonuses. The company offers flexible work arrangements, including the possibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
