You will be acting for employers, developers, sponsors, funders, projectpanies, contractors, consultants and insurers as well as over half of the UK's top 50 contractors and an impressive range of private and public sector clients. Sectors include infrastructure and energy (nuclear, renewables, conventional and oil and gas), transport, real estate, waste, water, education and health. Ideally you will have a strong grounding in construction and projects work, including advising on developments of higher risk buildings and building safety. The opportunity would best suit someone well versed in real estate development and real estate finance related transactional construction and projects work.
