Key Responsibilities
* Open and close the school site, ensuring security procedures are followed
* Carry out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and basic DIY tasks
* Monitor and maintain cleanliness of buildings and outdoor areas
* Conduct regular health and safety checks and report hazards
* Set up rooms, halls, and equipment for lessons, exams, and events
* Manage waste disposal and recycling appropriately
* Liaise with contractors and oversee on-site works when required
* Ensure heating, lighting, and utilities are functioning correctly
* Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies
