What sets this role apart
We are looking for a strategic and proactive Head of Projects to lead the successful delivery of development and refurbishment projects across our high-value portfolio. You will bring clarity, leadership and technical expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
This is not just another delivery role. It is an opportunity to take ownership of impactful, high-value projects across a wide range of commercial and residential assets – from major refurbishments to new acquisitions. You will guide each project from feasibility through to completion, ensuring every outcome aligns with our standards for design, budget and quality.

About you
* Proven experience in leading commercial real estate development and refurbishment projects
* Strong commercial understanding with hands-on experience managing construction costs and feasibility analysis
* Thorough knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts, with practical experience in contract administration and management
* Expert understanding and practical application of Health & Safety legislation, building regulations and statutory compliance
* Productive leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors and external consultants, fostering collaboration and accountability
* Financially astute, with experience in budget management, forecasting and cost control
