Job Description

Here at Hands-On Healthcare Recruitment, we are looking for a responsible Full time Recruitment Manager to perform a variety of administrative duties including providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

The main aspects of the job role are:

·Business development

·Office management

·Process and strategy

Responsibilities

·Answer and direct phone calls.

·Business development – phone calls and client meetings

·Write and distribute emails, memos and letters.

·On call rota on weekends

·To manage all office based staff, ensuring high levels of morale within the team

·Monitor Customer Service Levels and act upon any incident that does not meet the company standards

·Carry out investigative meetings and disciplinary meetings where necessary

·Oversee all office

·To monitor office based complaints from customers and other company departments

·Work with office staff to design and build upon new ideas to improve our systems and the service we offer

·To have overall responsibility of ensuring the office runs smoothly, and all aspects of the work load is completed to the required deadlines and correctly

·Ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction through training, monitoring and feedback

Job Type / Category

This is a full time post with full time hours Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

You will be required to be part of an on-call rota on weekends

Requirements

·Experience in Recruitment

·Experience in leadership and management

·Proven track record of success

·Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task

Experience:

·Office Manager: 1 year (Preferred)

·Previous experience in Recruitment
