An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a busy Customer Care team within a leading UK housebuilder.
This role is focused on delivering high-quality post-completion customer service, ensuring defects and queries are managed efficiently and resolved within agreed timeframes. You will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their warranty period, supporting a smooth and positive aftercare experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve customer issues post-completion in line with service standards and warranty expectations
* Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing updates and maintaining high service levels
* Maintain accurate records across internal systems
* Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely defect resolution
* Support appointment scheduling, inspections, and follow-up works
* Assist with managing complaints and escalating issues where required
* Monitor customer satisfaction and support survey engagement
* Ensure strong communication across all stakeholders to maintain service quality
Requirements
* Experience in a fast-paced customer care or customer service environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
