This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner to lead as a Team Coordinator. You will support and inspire a dynamic team, using your leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure positive outcomes for children, young people, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide operational management and leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality care.
2. Manage a complex clinical caseload, including assessments and interventions reflective of your seniority and experience.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster effective teamwork and service delivery.
4. Ensure clinical practice standards are met, focusing on shared decision-making and continuous care evaluation.
5. Lead recruitment, supervision, and staff development to meet performance targets.
6. Establish, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with care standards.
