We're looking for a confident, knowledgeable and experienced Community based Team Leader to help deliver outstanding care for people living in their own homes while supporting our team of Care Professionals.
Responsibilities
* Supporting clients with dignity, independence, and respect in line with their care plans
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of care workers in your area
* Delivering hands-on personal care and medication support in the community
* Carrying out quality audits, spot check visits, and care plan reviews
* Supporting new clients through 'meet and greet' visits and initial assessments
* Building strong working relationships with families, professionals, and the team
* Promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards
* A separate payment is made for rostered on-call weeks (£ in 4 weeks On Call)
Requirements
* Experience in a elderly care role (Domiciliary / Homecare preferred)
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care – or willingness to work towards it
* Brilliant communication and leadership skills
* A kind and can-do attitude, even when it gets busy
* A full UK driving license and own vehicle
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (1 weekend per month)
* Confident with IT systems for record-keeping and reporting.
